- Meeting point will be at our office, at Centro Comercial Nuno Álvares
- Departure from Castelo Branco towards Vila Velha de Ródão
- Visit to the Lagar de Varas (After the visit there will be a tasting of the region's olive oil)
- Boat ride lasting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes (17h30) Regional cheese tasting, ham, Vila Velha de Ródão olive oil tasting, river fish pâté, tasting of 1 preserved river fish and one drink. Passage in the Portas de Ródáo National Natural Monument. Observation of griffins and other species, the conhal do arneiro, the island of fishermen and the fountain of virtues.
- Ascent to King Wamba's Castle
- Departure from Vila Velha de Ródão to the schist village of Foz do Cobrão (Stop at the Portas do Almourão viewpoint)
- Return to Castelo Branco
